We have used the summer months to finalize a toolset, which we already used at different IBM Connections projects for customers, the «Community Manager for IBM Connections».
During our project work around IBM Connections we were repeatedly confronted with the question or the desire, that some or all users should be members of a particular community and should automatically follow the community as well, especially when dealing with official communities for internal communications.
With our solution, this requirement can be implemented easily and authorized community managers will get an overview of the settings and the managed communities.
Community Manager – Community Settings
The «Community Manager» toolset is an add-on to IBM Connections and runs on the existing IBM Websphere server, which is already used for IBM Connections.
