You could almost say “finally!”.
As we have already announced to our customers, the acquisition by HCL was successfully completed and approved at the end of June. Since yesterday, July 1, 2019, HCL is the official owner of the former IBM Collaboration Software solutions.<\/p>\n

HCL Software<\/strong> will continue to develop and independently distribute products such as Notes, Domino, Sametime, Connections, Portal, Leap<\/strong> and other solutions. Yesterday was a long-awaited start for many people who have been working on this project since the initial announcement in December.<\/p>\n

Customers and partners will receive various information regarding access for support requests, software downloads and more in the next few days.<\/p>\n
